Jim Nevill is a professional photographer, drone pilot, author and founder of a non-profit organization that led teens on wilderness adventures for over two decades. Jim is driven by a true love for photography and a desire to use his art to help individuals and businesses better express their stories. His commercial work has been widely published, including the New York Times, Miami Herald, San Francisco Chronicle, NBC News, National Geographic and more. Jim's newly published coffee table book, Viewfinding became the #1 new release on Amazon in late 2023 and combines inspirational stories, life lessons and his travel photography. His fine art prints are displayed in homes and commercial spaces worldwide.
Jim grew up in Rockville Centre, NY about 13 miles from JFK Airport. After earning a Psychology degree with PSY CHI honors from the University of Dayton in 1995, Jim moved to coastal Northern California where he now lives with his wife and two children.
